We are delighted to announce our first ever big Event in Northampton!
Featuring special guest: Contramestre Baris Yazar from Mojuba Capoeira London, and our very own Mestre Pedro, Senzala Cambridge.

Mestre Gato is one of the founders of Group Senzala and is currently visiting the UK (he lives in Rio de Janeiro). He will be making his first ever visit to Northampton and will be teaching our Northampton class on Thursday (17th November 2016). This special class will run from 19:00 – 21:00 and will be £10.

Our final roda of 2014 will be at Immortal 365, Peterborough on Friday 19th December, 18:00-20:30. It will be family-friendly and Santa will be making a visit to see the kids. Nominal cost of £1 per child, free for adults (as long as you bring a dish to share for the post-roda buffet).

This event at Edge Hill University, Omskirk from 27th Feb – 1st March is a conference bringing together Capoeiristas, Dancers and Academics. Guests include Nestor Capoeira, Mestre Toni Vargas, Bruno Caverna and Ponciano Almeida. See here for more details.

Mestre Pedro is hosting a weekend of Capoeira in Cambridge, that will go over all aspects: conditioning, music, singing and rodas (lots of rodas!).

Friday from 6.30pm to 9.30pm @ Grupo Senzala Studio – Music and Roda

Saturday from 10 am to midday @ Caldecote Primary School then from 2pm @ Sturton Street Methodist Church.

Sunday from 11am at Caldecote Primary School, Highfields road Cambridge CB23 7NX.
