Myles came across capoeira at the age of 9 after trying many different sports. He was attracted to Capoeira’s more relaxed approach and the many different elements there were to work on. Professor Christos has shared his knowledge and guided Myles for several years. He regularly takes classes in Grantham and unexpectedly received his adult grey cord in 2022 at the Grantham Batizado after helping to run the event. Myles’s capoeira has taken him all over the UK and even to events abroad in France and Spain. Myles traveled to Rio to participate in the 60 years anniversary event of Grupo Senzala.
